24-Hour Notice Required
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged 100% of the full visit fee. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other clients seeking care.
