Welcoming Dr. Lin Gao to Regen Clinic

Healing rarely comes from just one place. For many people, especially those navigating chronic conditions, the path forward isn’t about finding a single solution—it’s about finding the right combination. Different perspectives and different tools, working together.

At RegenClinic, this has always been part of how we think about care. And now, we’re expanding that approach even further. We’re excited to welcome Dr. Lin Gao to the RegenClinic team.

Dr. Gao brings over 25 years of experience as an integrative medical doctor. He graduated from Liao Ning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and practiced in a leading hospital in China before continuing his work in Victoria. His areas of focus include skin disorders, autoimmune conditions, and sleep-related concerns—areas where a systems-based, holistic approach can be especially valuable.

One of the most distinctive aspects of Dr. Gao’s work is his diagnostic approach. Unlike many modern approaches that isolate symptoms, TCM looks for patterns across the entire body—how systems interact, where imbalances exist, and how those imbalances show up over time. Dr. Gao uses pulse diagnosis—assessing up to 28 different pulse qualities—along with tongue observation to build a more complete picture of what’s happening internally.

It’s a method developed over centuries, that allows for a more personalized understanding of each patient. From this foundation, treatment is tailored to the individual and may include:

Red light therapy
Acupuncture
Herbal medicine
Lifestyle and dietary guidance

Red light therapy (photobiomodulation) works at a cellular level, and TCM works at a systems level. Rather than forcing change, the goal is to support the body in restoring balance—working with its natural systems rather than against them.
